Everybody usually thinks technology has to get more and more complicated as we progress through the years. Computers have gotten multiple processors now on the cheap, every monitor/TV is equipped to handle high-def, and our gaming consoles are getting to be extremely realistic.

Sometimes though, a company or person has an idea so good it can’t be denied no matter how low-tech it may seem. People search all over for easy solutions to their problems (little kids on leashes anyone?), now here’s one for the folks stuck with no motorized suction brooms.

Jarrett blew the .47 on a portable breath tester after she collided with two other vehicles in quick succession, the patrol said. A check of all 356,000 breath tests administered since 1998 in Washington turned up only 35 above .40 - and none of those was higher than .45.
